He went over and beyond in preparing our wall clock for shipping -- he could give a master class in protective packaging. He opted to insure the package with UPS as well, and all for FREE SHIPPING. I did not think people as generous and conscientious as he is still existed. The clock arrived safely. We unwrapped it today and it works beautifully --just what we wanted in every way and just as shown in the very complete listing photos and video. A++++

Tank was in a plastic bad and just thrown loosely in a box that was half ripped open. Miraculously the tank showed up in 1 piece. Really would have liked to see atleast a little packing inside the box or it be taped up properly at the least.
