Do not believe their purchase protection guarantees, they're overstated and not 100% true. A while back I canceled an order because the wrong address was put in the seller acknowledged it eBay's rep said no problem you're covered. When it came to returning the item and getting a refund as was promised by an eBay rep, it was a nightmare. They made me jump through hoops for days! eBay lies.
