    If you have an issue with your order like I did where a necklace is missing a stone, don’t expect a nice response. You’ll get a snarky response, breaking down the cost of each piece including how much it cost the seller to drive to ship the package. The description says all in great condition and wearable, however one necklace was missing a stone. I sent the pictures just to make the seller aware, and the seller said it looks like a dark stone. It’s not. It’s missing. Asked to stop sending pics.

    I offer a no questions asked 30 day return policy. I encouraged this buyer to use it as she was not happy with one of the 16 pieces of vintage jewelry she purchased She kept insisting that there was a missing stone on a tiny 1/4 inch Avon pendant-I couldn't see it in my photos or her photos-but I accept returns, so no problem! Instead, she kept sending multiple messages trying to get a partial refund On the bright side-this is my very first negative feedback out of over 1000 sales :).
