Seller claims they were “fully tested”, but this is clearly not true. Returning the devices from abroad would cost more than repairing them. I found a specialist who can revive them, but now I must wait a month for a programmer. Seller refused even partial compensation despite clear video proof.

Shipping with RoadRunner Shipping was not so positive but that's not the seller's fault. They dropped off a 135 lb box with the bottom ripped at the bottom of my stairs. Would not help me take it up the stairs (8 steps) even after I offered him payment to do so. Also left the wood pallet which was huge and hard to get rid of. Note this if you have stairs.
