    Bag took 5 days to ship after contacting seller to see if they would still be fulfilling the order. The pictures in the listing didn’t show the writing on the inside of the bag and the writing/marker marks weren’t in the item description. Seller was reasonable with price point after negotiating through messages. Nothing to protect the bag in shipping and the tape from the box was stuck to the bag also.

    Item took over three weeks to arrive. My original message regarding the item went unanswered from seller and they then generated a label. After the unanswered message, the package was not received by the post office for another few days. Over two weeks after purchase, I had to reach back out to the seller inquiring about arrival due to still not receiving package. Not good communication. When the item arrived packaging was lacking, in my opinion, for a formal gown. Pics attached.

    Placed to order on August 18, received tracking number, but order never shipped. Received an email from eBay for Feedback, so I contacted seller to find out status of the item shipping. Seller stated they did not have anymore, no apology, no communication,. They took my money, but did not bother to let me know they did not have any in inventory. Very disappointing I would not recommend this seller to anyone. I’ve never shipped, because they did not have the product on hand to sell.
