HOWEVER, I had a problem with one and contacted the seller with a fairly detailed email to their customer service department. I got no reply at all to my email. I wasn't certain that they would accommodate my request: I detected a defect on the M.2 SSD, and wanted to exchange for a replacement. It's the lack of any reply at all that I find disappointing. I'll still consider another purchase!
