Feel like I was bait and switched with false advertising. "package came from Dell that way, we didn't know." so I guess give them the benefit of the doubt? It is in good working condition and price is good but it feels a bit disingenuous. Yes we can return it for 30 days st our own expense. Hoping it lasts and no problems.
