It came packed nicely and the item does look just like its description, however I did knock a star off because from the photos I did not know there was few stains on the bag, I did kind of tell there was one but I did not see the other ones in the photos so that was my only negative to the purchase. However it is a used bag , so I don’t expect perfection. Just a heads up would be nice! Super cute bag tho I gave her cleaning and it’s looking nice!
