The quality, condition and appearance have all been laminated to ensure that the uncirculated bill will never be circulated! I'm not sure what the bill will be valued at considering it was never mentioned that the $2 bill would come laminated. That point is still an unknown. However, it will make a sweet gift for a 2-year-old to get them interested in collecting money.
