- e***a (26)- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseShipping was rough and USPS nearly returned it. Packaging was careless—console loosely wrapped, games tossed in, dead bugs in the paper, and box holes taped over poorly. The system didn’t work with included cables but worked with my old SNES ones. Thankfully, the games worked. Seller communicated well, but packaging was very disappointing. Not quite as described, but functional. Overall a fair value, though let down by the packaging.Reply from: vcs_and_more- Feedback replied by seller vcs_and_more.- Feedback replied by seller vcs_and_more.This was not almost returned for sloppy packaging. If so, what did they change? There was a lot more paper inside the box than you're showing, preventing it from being "loose" as you described. That cable in the picture is 100% the correct cable and does work. I know because I bought a brand new one and tested it. Bugs in the paper? No picture of bugs in the paper? From the pics you posted the inside of the box looks super clean. Also that's is brand new off the roll packaging paper.
- n***s (25)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseIt shipped as expected. It was packaged securely. However the description said “A new, unused item with absolutely no signs of wear or tear” which was not factual and should not have been claimed in the description. While it does not look like it had ever had anything stored in it, it had a couple of chips, one of which was featured in the photo and can easily hidden with the lid. With that said, should not have been described as “no wear and tear”.
