    Item arrived shattered into many peices. No hope of ever fixing or using. Heavy crystal was wrapped in brown paper with a small wad of bubble wrap. The top piece closest to the bubble wrap was mostly intact but the bottom of the candy dish was hopeless. Given the more expensive shopping cost, this was very disappointing. I emailed seller. A refund would be expected. If seller makes amends, I would consider matter resolved fairly.
