    Laptop should have been listed for parts. "Slow keyboard" was way down in the description, so I should have caught it, but a laptop without a functioning keyboard is a brick. I don't care if you can plug in a USB keyboard. I bought another identical barebones (no SSD) laptop and used the drive from this one to give my customer a useable laptop. Reached out to seller for at least a partial refund but was ignored. No returns accepted. Shame on me for using this seller I guess.
