Binding has minimal wear. The majority of pages are undamaged with minimal creasing or tearing, minimal pencil underlining of text, no highlighting of text, no writing in margins. No missing pages.

I then placed a bid and won the auction for less than my offer, and paid immediately. The seller then claimed that they had damaged the contents of the item and wanted to cancel the sale. I was buying the item primarily for the metal outer case, so the contents were irrelevant to me. The seller then said they had damaged the outer metal case, and cancelled the sale!!
