Seller says it “worked” before they sent it so maybe it got damaged in the shipment, but definitely seems like a connection issue with the plug in. (tried multiple different controllers even the one they included and still does not work). Seller definitely should be using more packaging material and better packaging overall, also maybe buy a fragile sticker next time vs writing fragile on the box because a lot of workers don’t notice.
