There was no sign of usage on the discs at all, so they probably meant "pre-owned" but unwrapped and unused. It even SMELLS brand new! It was packed with cellophane, bubble wrap and the COOLEST little card I have ever seen! (Some legendary river in Japan on a card. Perfect condition discs AND packaging. Not to mention the seller cut me a deal at the first offer o sent them. So worth every penny! I can't wait to play them!
