I let him know that I had bought this same product from the original company many times and it was like a lotion not a cream. I didn't return it bc I had opened it. I did let him know that it was out of date also. I didn't ask for a refund but letting you know to be very careful of purchasing skintensive bruise cream. This I know as I have compared them.
