The grooves for tilt were sheared off so the seat wont stay in position. Seller said "yeah but I said they were used." I showed the photo he took for condition of the clamps and it was out of focus enough to not see detail. I got "yeah but you should have asked for better photos." I cant find these vintage clamps, no attempt from him to make it right.
