There were no tags. I looked carefully in the packaging to see if it fell off, but it was not there. NO tags! I contacted the seller and they were rude to me and called me a liar, and that they have cameras showing that there was a hang tag attached. There was no hangtag. We do have cameras and checked them, the item was very carefully packaged to prevent damage to the tag. We asked the seller to start a return for a full refund or replacement. She didn't want to return it she wanted a refund. We asked her if she could send a picture of the animal, she refused. Only after several refusals to start a return, did we politely as we could let her know that we knew. Buyer makes this claim in most FB they leave 4 others
