INSTEAD OF ACCEPTING RESPONSIBILITY, THEY'RE NOW MAKING FALSE CLAIMS OUT OF FRUSTRATION. IF THERE HAD TRULY BEEN AN ISSUE WITH THE ITEM, IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN ADDRESSED WITHIN THE RETURN PERIOD.
