    Locomotive arrived new, in original unopened packing. The locomotive runs like a Swiss watch, as is usually the case with Kato products. The livery is well-done, lighting is prototypical. The seller's communication was excellent, and the " Speedpack" option enabled me to pay the additional tariff up-front, so I had no additional fees or inconvenience at delivery.
