This is extremely terrible business practices because your shop should state that you restrict your shipping destinations on your shop site! They didn't even have a conversation regarding shipping JUST CANCELED! I have never been so frustrated with an Ebay transaction! Now ebay only uses AI and they won't let customers speak with live humans to navigate situations like this!
