    On Aug 17, 25, the same day the seller offered a $600 discount to settle the dispute, I decline. Ebay stated if the dispute was not resolved by Aug 21st, I could reach out to Ebay for assistance. I declined the seller's offer to settle and requested the vendor issue a full refund, including taxes and shipping. Also, I stated I'd return to seller the purchased at seller's exp - preferably by a prepaid return shipping label provided by the seller. I received no response from seller. Please help.

    This outside Ring Cam was defective would not even turn on after a full charge. I returned this outside defective Ring Cam back to seller at my expense of $14.40 USPS, see attached pictures. Seller has refused to either send me back a replacement or give a refund. As of now I have filed in a return complaint with ebay. This is by far the worst seller I've every purchased an item from in over 20 years on eBay. I wouldn't give this seller any star rating. Good luck with this seller, you'll need it
