Small, light stain near the top-right corner of the front cover. There are tears and bits of paper missing along the perimeter of the covers. The patent is bound by two staples at the left edge - the back cover has pulled from the top staple. A few of the pages have a tear and/or bits of paper missing along the perimeter. The folding blueprint has a 5" tear at the top edge, and a couple holes through the paper at the center horizontal crease. Overall in Fair condition.”
