    The box was open and damaged, batteries and charger missing and handle severe damaged too , this is so disgusting, I request REFUND - ASAP

    Firstly, in the description states this is "an open box" item. Meaning the box has been open. That is why we never had a comment about this with other customers. Also, you sent a picture of a white box stating the charger and battery are not there but the charger and battery come in the Osmo box as you can see in the pictures, not in a white box. Lastly on your pic you can see you broke the Osmo. You can always answer our message and we can have ebay take a look at it to help you if anything.
