I've read the instructions, set it up but the diffuser does not emit the oil. I contacted the seller offering to return the goods at their own expense or get a refund. They declined offering me a 30% refund which means I would still have a diffuser that doesn't work. Just a warning to other customers to be aware that if you buy from this seller and the goods are faulty you won't get a replacement or refund. BE AWARE.
