The listing photo clearly showed both consoles with their HDD covers, but one was missing upon arrival. When I reached out to the seller to address the issue, they immediately accused me of lying rather than taking responsibility. I don’t appreciate being scapegoated for a mistake that wasn’t mine. Additionally, the packaging was subpar and offered little protection during transit. The systems arrived intact they complain about packing supplies that gets thrown away I use all sorts of things to pack. I offered a refund for the missing piece which I stand on that the Xbox shipped out with to no avail. Some people don’t like when you are positive that you did your due diligence. Buyer lost or misplaced the cover and tried to blame me. I know what I shipped. Both had covers so I asked what happened to the one cover. Can’t please everyone!
