        All your issues could hav been sorted before you brought the item if you had read the description properly. Item was stated as sun faded you then compared it to a new black carpet claiming it was a different item,i only had one so it was impossible, you claimed it was dirty, it was it said so in the description, it didn’t smell you just made that up. I refunded you for the item the day it came back, I asked for your payment details for return postage you responded later when I was on holiday!
