    Advertised as "new". Arrived within prescribed timeliness however was not in original packaging, though the battery appeared to "look new." It took a long time to fully charge up, and when used in a weed eater device did not seem to last as long as expected (maybe 30 minutes). As a second, back up, battery seems to work OK being able to swap out units while working.
