I had scheduled testing while did not make me look good on 10 cancellations and which my company loss income. So, that being said I am requesting a full or partial refund from Ebay. They wanted another discount because of a Postal Service shipping delay. I ALWAYS ship immediately and have no control over the postal service. I HONORED THE REFUND AND STILL COMPLAINING!!! If you want a "new one" go buy one from the store and pay FULL PRICE!!!!
