- *****- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseBeware!!!Received this hp laptop.unpacked it and plugged it in to let battery charge and it would not charge .it said no battery present .it has issues with it asked for a return label which took several days to receive it. and all he did send it to me it was email it to me on the last day eBay said it would be sent. warranty was expired. Sent a parcel refund and not the full refund and have to wait again several more days for that as well. would not purchase again! Not professional on returns

From the time I started it up it had issues, I wrote to the seller and got no response. The computer would not recognize the battery, the BIOS and CMOS were woefully out of date. I spent the better part of a day doing all the updates it needed, I followed every tip to try to get the battery recognized, all for nothing. I called HP and they told me the age of the computer and that it was out of warranty by 4 years
