From the time I started it up it had issues, I wrote to the seller and got no response. The computer would not recognize the battery, the BIOS and CMOS were woefully out of date. I spent the better part of a day doing all the updates it needed, I followed every tip to try to get the battery recognized, all for nothing. I called HP and they told me the age of the computer and that it was out of warranty by 4 years

It was supposed to have windows 11 pro but had windows 11 home version. The computer I received was actually about $280 computer not $500. This is not acceptable.
