Packed heavily with Styrofoam which is bad for the environment and made a huge mess crumbling all over the floor. And though it's not the seller's fault, the lazy delivery person left the box at the bottom of the stairs. I had to carry it up 2 flights, with my bad back. Fed up with LAZY delivery persons.
