    I'm not sending a hollow, normal message for this seller. I think this is the best seller I've had in my many years on this app. What was the difference-maker? Communication. I bought a shirt right before Christmas, and my package was stuck in a limbo for many days while the seller was out of town, but every few days I'd get an update on things, even if there was no update. It always came with an "I'm sorry" which wasn't necessary, and an explanation, also not necessary. So, A++++++++++++++++!
