That's what ran thru my mind as it took me almost five minutes to undo the shrink and bubble wrap packaging, which was in a box surrounded by packing paper. It was actually more than I expected from the pics but and with a little cleaning, pop, like new. So, the steering wheel is every bit one that came off a vehicle with 99 miles and I could not have asked for better condition except new OEM for 4 x $$$
