When it arrived, it arrived in a box that looked like it had been thrown down the stairs, held together by tape. The box was full of bubble wrap, and there lay the lone board. no parts, just the board and some stickers. There was thermal paste on the shield around the CPU socket and other things to indicate that this board was used. I got in touch with them and they gave me a refund, but steer clear of their open box items.
