RX 5700 XT Red Devil is a heavy card with big cooler, buyer thinks that GPU sag is a "bent GPU". Random restarts are RAM sticks getting loose in one of the slots. It happened few times to me sending PC's with Royal Mail and it's an easy fix. Gave the buyer all the solutions, no response just silence in return. One of the worst type of buyers on Ebay, worse than than people not giving you feedback after they're happy with their purchase.
