The backing plate was not included with the motherboard, and although the listing stated accessories weren't included, accessories for motherboards are items not required for it to work, for example SATA cables, IO shield etc. The motherboard cannot power up without a backing plate as it's needed to attach the CPU heatsink. When I mentioned this to the seller they just ignored me.
