    This iten is way too small. I ordered a UK size 12/14. No size on skirt or packet it was in only on order label. Size more like 8/10. I am in conversation with the seller but they are trying to avoid giving my a refund blaming me that I didn't read the size chart properly and offering me a discount on the next item I order. After that they offfered me a 20% refund to give it away. I just would like to return the item and have a refund for something that is wrongly sized.
