The leather is discolored and is so dry it feels and sounds like cardboard when handling. Currently using Saphir leather conditioner on this and have had to do five coats so far and it is still not yet in 'Fair Condition.' I'm only leaving a neutral because I'm hopeful I can revive the jacket to an acceptable condition. However, this was not a good transaction as the jacket was not as described.
