    I haven’t seen the item myself, but my son received it and said it was great and all there. It was purchased as new in an opened box and matched the pictures the seller had posted. All communication was courteous and thorough. They were very patient with me. It took me a while to realize I needed to process the transaction differently if I wanted to change the ship-to address, so they had to cancel and re-list the item twice before I finally was successful.
