    Very slow posting service. I can see seller Printed the label straight away and then took a 10 days to actually post it. For an exposed electrical device with heatsink it wasn’t packed very protective.

    Item was very well packaged in many layers of wrap with secure thick cardboard outer sleeves. Delay in shipping was due to extreme circumstances out-with my control, where the purchaser was advised on this delay. Purchaser chose to provide no communication on the issue. A postage label was not printed straight away, a QR code was generated, which was later used to produce a postage label.
