The tool does run and it's reasonable to assume that the seller could not forsee an issue with their tool because their disc was stuck. I got it off by extreme methods. Non threaded attachments fly off with PROPER installation. I have others of the same type. There arr fixes and parts I can try that should bring the tool back to a safe and usable state so I am content now.
