Also missing the remote kit clearly shown on the box and in the instructions. Seller said they’d check on it, then stop responding and finally said if I don’t like it return it and will refund money after inspection. Obviously not an option at this point. I had to spend another $144 to buy a remote myself. Poor communication and no accountability.
