    Some stamps were stuck to the card. Partial refund refused. Obviously there was some dampness in the package as some stamps were OK. This seller has not been very communicative hence this NUETRAL and not a NEGATIVE FEEDBACK which I should have checked before hand.. The imageS attached is a picture of the stamps which I could not use as they were firmly STUCK DOWN to the collectors card. The items did arrive well packed and in a timely fashion and apart from the stuck down stamps returned.
