They didn’t respond quick while the car was on the lift so I sent a question mark to them to reply with one and telling me to be patient, I thought this was bad manners. They didn’t help much with the refund and also said that I had tried to fit the springs into my car. The resulted this by sending me a photo with a couple of black bits on the spring that could have happened in transport, they also only sent £55 out of the £87.Reply from: dpm_performance- Feedback replied by seller dpm_performance.- Feedback replied by seller dpm_performance.This delightful customer ordered the wrong springs and tried to fit them which ended up causing damage to the springs.
