Asked for a refund & wasn’t even given back half but they were quick to reply. I would just recommend buying brand new, box was even taped off all the way for shipping. Be aware this seller might not be telling the truth about the condition of the item. Only thing I’ll give 5 stars on is quick shipping.

The package of screws was opened and one was missing; I had to find a screw around my house to properly mount it. I was unable to interlink the alarms; I'm not sure if this is a defect of the product or because one was already in use. Both alarms work so it was worth the price, I just wish I they both arrived on new condition.
