Contacted Chris, sent it back, another was shipped & the second one was also defective. Both units had not been refurbished, they were defective. I am very experienced, I know how to operate them and I am very experienced in testing them. Both units were defective! I cannot in good conscience recommend buying any refurbished items from this seller after 2 failed attempts. Customer service this time has not been good, I’m being ignored.
