    Items took 5 days to begin its shipping movement. Unfortunately, on day 6, the seller informed me that power cord was not included in original shipment, so selller had sent it seperately. Multiple tracking numbers were a mess/incorrect/revised. After day 12, tracking information seemed to reflect little movement, so I contacted seller and I was told that it was normal to take 12 days or longer to receive. Item finally arrived 15 days latter, and was double boxed and extremly well packed.
