The packaging was good, good enough to withstand the u- shaped position it was formed into in order to squish it into my small mailbox. Nowhere on the packaging was there a fragile or do not bend directive. I'm amazed it made it to me without snapping in to. It was a good buy and as described. I haven't played it yet. I'm straightening it between my mattress and springs. I hope it works.
