The cable is slightly misaligned, causing it to bend when connected. Over time, the cable will crack and break at this point. But that's only half the problem. The actual battery capacity, after measurements, was 2200 mAh. This is 1800 mAh less than the stated capacity. It's either old (with a reset cycle counter) or the internal components are different. I'm very disappointed.
